My improvisations are based on the combination and sequenciation of rhythmical and melodical elements which are prepared and acquired in advance as true and real elements where I can build on a structure for my own musical language.
The rhythmical and melodical elements I use can be distinguished in two classes:
- absolute elements
- relative elements
The first kind of elements have fixed tuning or rhythm, for melodical or rhythmical elements respectively. So they aren't influenced by the musical context where they are placed.
The second kind of elements are influenced by the musical context where they are combined or sequenced so they have no fixed tuning or rhythm.
This pieces of music below are improvisation using the elements of my own musical language. The instrument I have used is a prepared electrified guitar; the electrification is used only to amplify the acoustic signal without distortion and to use the pickup as a sound sources; there are no sound processing over the signal produced.
